Hello!

Please read below to learn more about Brian and his expertise.

About Brian

I strongly believe that everyone has a story to tell. Sometimes, life and circumstances outside of our control muddy that story, leaving us confused and stuck in the same chapter over and over again. I work with clients from a person-centered perspective to identify their current needs and strengths. Utilizing evidenced-based practices and interventions, I aim to work alongside clients to foster resiliency and personal agency in writing their own narrative.

I have an extensive background working with adolescents, college students, and young adults. My clinical focus has included working with depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, and substance use. In addition, I operate from a trauma-informed perspective when addressing client needs. I offer individual (in-person or telehealth) and group therapy.

I received my Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where I also earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Outside of my work with clients, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, playing video games, and exploring the nature around me.
