About Kayla
As a counseling practicum student and a board-certified, state-licensed music therapist, I bring a warm, person-centered, and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that meaningful growth begins with feeling safe, valued, and understood.
My areas of clinical interest include CBT, DBT, with secondary inspiration from narrative and systems approaches. I hope to help clients gain insight into their experiences, build effective coping skills, and better understand the relationships and stories that shape their lives.
I am honored to support clients through life’s challenges and transitions and look forward to walking alongside them as they discover new possibilities for growth and well-being.
