About Eliza
Welcome! My name is Eliza, and I am so glad you are here.
I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing a broad range of concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem struggles, relationship difficulties, and diverse life transitions. I specialize in supporting children and adolescents, including neurodivergent youth, as they navigate the social, emotional, and developmental challenges that come with growing up.
My therapeutic approach is warm, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe meaningful change happens within a trusting relationship, and my goal is to create a space where clients feel safe exploring difficult thoughts and emotions while building confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills that support long-term growth and well-being. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, often incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and expressive arts interventions.
I am currently a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at William & Mary, completing my practicum and internship at Complete Therapeutic Solutions under the supervision of Dr. Jordan Luck, Ph.D., LPC, LMFT, CSAC. Outside of counseling, I enjoy rock climbing, wildlife photography, spending time outdoors, and writing music with friends!
If you’re considering therapy or would like to see if we’re a good fit, I’d be honored to connect with you through a free 15-minute consultation call. I look forward to hearing from you!
