Adult Art Therapy Group
Complete Therapeutic Solutions is offering a monthly Adult Art Therapy Group beginning in March 2026, in recognition of Creative Arts Therapies Week.
This outpatient mental health group integrates creative expression, reflective practice, and evidence-informed principles from Positive Psychology. Through guided art-making and structured reflection, participants will explore themes related to resilience, emotional wellness, meaning, and personal growth.
No prior art experience is required.
Group Details
Schedule: Third Wednesday of each month
Time: 6:30–7:45 PM
Fee: $35 per session
Format: Open group for adults (participants may attend single sessions or participate consistently over time)
Each session is designed to stand alone while also allowing continuity for those who wish to build skills and insight across multiple months.
Monthly Themes
Initial group themes include:
Foundations of Flourishing
Using creative processes to clarify intentions and cultivate hope for change.
Practice of Presence
Integrating art and mindfulness to slow down, observe internal experience, and strengthen awareness.
Cultivating Optimism
Reframing challenges and visually exploring growth, perspective, and future orientation.

Depression or low mood

Participation and Consultation
Both current CTS clients and individuals new to the practice are welcome to inquire. A brief, free consultation is required to determine group appropriateness and ensure fit.
