Lauren is a therapist intern at Complete Therapeutic Solutions, supervised by Brian Browning, LPC, with a particular interest in helping individuals notice patterns, make sense of their experiences, and reconnect with what matters most – even when life feels messy.

Her approach is collaborative and draws from cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-based work. She uses a public health lens that sees mental wellness as deeply tied to relationships and lived experiences. Lauren is pursuing her Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of William & Mary, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health from the University of Arizona Honors College. When she’s not in session, she loves baking, crafting, and rewatching reality television to recharge!
