About Heather

As a couples and family therapist, my goal is to help you explore challenges that impact your relationships. Whether you are managing significant life transitions, working through communication struggles, preparing for marriage, rebuilding trust after infidelity, or facing parenting challenges, we can navigate this journey together.

My approach is rooted in attachment-based, trauma-aware, and relationally-focused therapy that often integrates insights from attachment theory, family systems theory, and, if desired, spiritual integration. I have completed Level 3 Clinical Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, with specialized training in working with addiction, affairs, and trauma.

My goal is to create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can work collaboratively to identify attachments that shape your interactions and develop practical tools for fostering growth and well-being. I believe that every situation holds the potential for healing and deeper connection.
