
About Meagan
Meagan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 17 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. She feels honored to walk alongside people who may be hurting or struggling. She has been witness to the benefit of counseling, healing, and growth in people’s lives.
Meagan’s clinical work focuses on a wide range of areas including ADHD/ADD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Anger Management, Adjustment Difficulties, Relationship and Parenting Issues, and Women’s Issues. Meagan also provides faith-based counseling for those seeking Christian-centered support.
Meagan is especially passionate about working with adolescents and young women. Meagan’s approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, often incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Family Therapy to support healing and growth. She believes deeply in meeting people where they are and walking with them through their journey with empathy and clinical expertise.
Meagan holds a B.A. in Psychology from Hollins University and an M.A. in Community Counseling from Regent University. Her background includes experience in intensive in-home counseling, case management, crisis intervention, residential treatment, and outpatient behavioral health services.
Currently, Meagan provides counseling at Complete Therapeutic Solutions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
When she’s not working, She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, being outdoors and adventuring (especially in the mountains or by the ocean), dancing, watching movies, reading books, gardening, and connecting with family and friends.
